Location and access: house in Condomínio Paraíso, a gated community with a front gate and security, approximately 100 meters from the beach. Keys are collected at the front gate upon guest identification on arrival and returned on departure.

Capacity: accommodates up to 10 guests. Occupancy above the contracted number must be authorized in advance.

Staff quarters: one of the ground-floor suites is for the exclusive use of the housekeeper (staff), intended to support the team during the stay. It is not part of the accommodations available to guests.

Utilities and fees: in addition to the nightly rate, a cleaning fee (R$ 400.00) applies, along with utility consumption measured by the meters between check-in and check-out — electricity (R$ 1.49/kWh) and water (R$ 19.99/m³).

Minimum stay: standard 3 nights; New Year's Eve 10 nights; Carnival 7 nights.

How to get there: Casa Cherne is in Guarajuba, a district of Camaçari on the Northern Coast of Bahia. Access is via the Estrada do Coco (BA-099), also known as Linha Verde, a modern, well-signposted dual carriageway. Please note there is a toll along the way.

Coming from the airport: Salvador International Airport (Deputado Luís Eduardo Magalhães) sits practically at the start of the Estrada do Coco, approximately 45 to 50 km from the house, about 45 minutes to 1 hour by car. It is the fastest starting point for those arriving by plane, with no need to pass through downtown Salvador.

Coming from Salvador (city): the drive takes around 1 hour, depending on your starting point and traffic.

Transport options: private or rental car, ride-hailing apps (Uber/99), taxi or private transfer. There is also the Linha Verde bus, departing from the Salvador bus station with a stop at the airport, taking approximately 1h30. For greater comfort and door-to-door convenience, we recommend a private transfer or a ride-hailing car.

Parking: the house has a private garage with 4 spaces. Vehicle access to the community is through the front gate, upon identification and prior registration.
