**Important Information and Unit Rules**
Accommodations: NAIA 07 can host up to 6 guests. The configuration includes 2 suites on the upper floor and 1 bedroom on the ground floor, all air-conditioned and with a front view of the sea.
Access Rules:
It is important to highlight that guests of the NAIA Condominium have exclusive access to their own facilities, such as the recreational club, gym, and beach support. Access to or use of the common areas and infrastructure of the Alphaville Guarajuba Condominium is not allowed.
Utilities and Fees:
Expenses for electricity and water consumed during the stay are the responsibility of the tenant. Meter readings will be taken at check-in and check-out to calculate the amount due. The cleaning fee is fixed at 200 reais per stay. Structure and Amenities: The apartment is beachfront with a private garden. The condominium provides beach support equipped with a beer fridge, chairs, loungers, and tables. The unit offers 2 parking spaces.
Connectivity:
The property offers free Wi-Fi. Network and password information will be provided in the unit's welcome guide.
NAIA 07 Apartment offers an exclusive beachfront lodging experience in Guarajuba, located on the famous Caribinho Beach. This high-standard property stands out for its prime oceanfront location and the comfort of its amenities.
On the ground floor, guests enjoy a private garden integrated with the beach, a spacious air-conditioned living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen for added convenience, as well as an air-conditioned bedroom with an ocean view and a guest bathroom.
The first floor features two air-conditioned suites, both with direct sea views, ensuring a unique awakening each day. The master suite is equipped with a Smart TV.
All rooms are furnished with wardrobes and split air conditioning units. NAIA Condominium offers complete infrastructure, including direct beach access, a recreational club, a modern gym, and a beautifully maintained green area. One of the major highlights is the exclusive beach support, equipped with a beer cooler, tables, chairs, and loungers available for guests.
Important note: According to condominium rules, guests of NAIA Condominium have restricted access only to the facilities and leisure areas within NAIA itself, and are not permitted to use the common areas or club of Alphaville Guarajuba Condominium.
Guests will have full and exclusive access to all areas of the NAIA 07 Apartment, including the front garden and the service area. The unit offers 2 designated parking spaces. Regarding shared facilities, guests are free to use all leisure amenities at the NAIA Condominium, which include a recreation club, gym, green areas, and complete beach support with table service and loungers facing the sea.
Important restriction: Although the NAIA Condominium is located within the Alphaville Guarajuba complex, it is an independent development. Therefore, NAIA guests are not authorized to access or use the exclusive areas reserved for residents and owners of the Alphaville Guarajuba Condominium, such as the club, sports courts, and other shared spaces of the complex. Beach access is provided directly through the exit gate of the NAIA Condominium.
IN PERSON: We will have a team member present at the location and available to interact personally with guests. We will be available to welcome guests, answer questions, provide local recommendations, and assist with any issues that may arise. PREFERRED: We use several messaging apps to communicate with guests. This can be especially helpful for quick questions or to send information such as directions or access codes. PHONE: In some cases, we may not be physically present, but we can be available by phone to answer questions or resolve issues. It is always a good idea to discuss communication expectations with us before your stay to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience. Remember that the privacy and comfort of both guest and host are important. Therefore, all communication should be respectful and professional.
